How It Works


How many sessions & how does it work?
Because change takes time. We begin with (2) initial sessions to get started. In these first sessions I ask lots of questions.
We dig deep into exactly what you want to get out of coaching and also what your Functional Medicine Physician, or Nutritionist recommends, (should you be working with one!)
I'll send you some information to complete prior to our coaching sessions, and then adjust what else may be needed to get a clearer picture of who you are and how you expect to be helped. After these sessions you’ll understand better how we are moving forward. Sessions are booked in packages of 4 hours.
The additional (4) hours can be spent as separate hours or as 8, 30-minute sessions. I find that most people will need a total of 10 hours to work on a single area of concern.
